TASTING NOTE
This wine exhibits classic Chardonnay varietal characteristics – bright fruit flavours and balanced acidity. Lemony flavours; complex, tropical and citrus aromas with vibrant buttery tones. Sweetish entry, deep fruit flavours and full-bodied. Lovely richness from nine months lees-ageing. Crisp acidity with long finish.

This flagship wine of our Reserve Selection is an opulent, full-bodied wine, displaying rich, concentrated spicy and black pepper flavours, heightened by ageing in French oak. A touch of liquorice contributes to a pleasingly lingering finish.

TASTING NOTE
All the effort in the vineyard and cellar creates a wine with an intense ruby red colour. On the palate, delightful banana flavours and charms of strawberry, redcurrant and blackberry. This is supported by subtle vanilla notes from ageing in new barrels.
